LE COUTEAU NONTRON : certainement un des piliers historiques de la coutellerie Française !
Le couteau de poche Nontron, fabriqué en plein coeur du Périgord est certainement un des plus vieux couteaux fermants ; son origine remonterait au XV ème siècle. Les couteaux de poche Nontron présentés dans ces pages possèdent un traditionnel manche en buis (utilisé pour la fabrication des couteaux Nontron après 4 années de séchage) pyrogravé ou en ébène. Leur virole tournante permet le verrouillage de la lame polie en acier inoxydable T12.
